Remote Azure DevOps Engineer

A boutique software consulting firm is seeking a fully remote Azure DevOps Engineer to join a growing team focused on delivering cloud-first solutions for enterprise clients. This full-time opportunity centers around designing, automating, and managing Azure infrastructure using modern Infrastructure as Code practices, with a strong emphasis on Azure, Bicep, Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes technologies. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Platform Engineer Strong experience building and managing Azure infrastructure in enterprise environments Advanced experience developing Infrastructure as Code solutions using Bicep Expertise creating and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Experience provisioning and managing Azure networking, security, and identity services Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices Knowledge of Git-based source control workflows Experience troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical stakeholders Desired Skills & Experience Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or similar) Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments Knowledge of Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code platforms Experience with container technologies and Kubernetes administration Familiarity with Azure Landing Zones and governance frameworks Experience implementing cloud security controls and compliance standards Knowledge of SQL, application integrations, and middleware technologies Exposure to Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights Experience supporting highly available and disaster recovery-focused environments What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 40% Azure Infrastructure & Platform Services 25% Bicep / Infrastructure as Code 20% Azure DevOps Pipelines & CI/CD 15% AKS, PowerShell, Monitoring & Automation Daily Responsibilities 80% Hands On 5% Management Duties 15% Team Collaboration The Offer Bonus eligible You Will Receive The Following Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time 401(k) Fully Remote Work Environment Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
