DevOps Engineer

We're hiring a DevOps Engineer for a leading global organization driving cloud modernization and platform engineering initiatives. Location: Coopersburg, PA (USA) Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office) Employment Type: Full-Time (Preferred) | Open to TPC & C2H Experience: 9+ Years Compensation: Up to $140K (FTE) / $75/hr (Contract) Job Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and supporting data platform operations. This is a hybrid DevOps + Data Engineering role with a stronger focus on DevOps, where you'll work on platform upgrades, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native technologies while ensuring the reliability of ETL and data pipelines. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows 🔹 Upgrade and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and platform components 🔹 Develop and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform 🔹 Support, monitor, and optimize ETL/data pipelines in AWS environments 🔹 Implement Python-based enhancements to support platform upgrades 🔹 Perform platform validation, integration testing, and production readiness checks 🔹 Apply security patches and ensure compliance with governance standards 🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions Qualifications & Experience: ✅ 9+ years of DevOps/SRE or Platform Engineering experience ✅ Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines ✅ Good understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and Python-based frameworks ✅ Experience with platform upgrades, infrastructure automation, and cloud migration strategies ✅ Knowledge of AWS Redshift, Athena, RDS and enterprise data platforms is a plus ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 📩 Interested candidates?
