About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves owning the frontend architecture of our TypeScript/React application, establishing technical standards, and designing scalable user interface patterns for complex geospatial workflows utilizing Cesium. The successful candidate will be instrumental in mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with leadership on project priorities, and contributing to the development of production-quality code daily. This role is inherently hands-on and coding-intensive, requiring a leader who leads by example through practical implementation and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building and scaling sophisticated front-end systems, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience in data-heavy, interactive applications.
