Senior Software Architect / Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Architect – Software Engineering to join a growing technology team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hands-on, full-stack engineering role for someone who enjoys getting into the code as well as shaping technical direction. You’ll design, build and modernise scalable digital products and platforms, working in small, agile teams on complex technical challenges. What you’ll do Lead and contribute to hands-on full-stack software engineeringDesign and build scalable, reliable digital products and platformsWork across technologies including Java, .NET Core, Python and/or GolangHelp shape engineering practices, technical standards and team cultureWork with cloud technologies, especially AWSSolve complex technical problems across varied client projectsHelp build out the team's growing AI capability What we’re looking for Strong commercial experience in software engineering and architectureRecent hands-on development experience across multiple platformsStrong coding experience in Java, .NET Core, Python or GolangExperience designing and delivering scalable software solutions on AWSStrong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skillsA passion for learning and emerging technologies AI/LLM/GenAI experience is highly welcome – particularly hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM technologies into software products. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer/architect who wants to remain close to the technology and the code, while helping shape both engineering and AI capability.
