About the Job:
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Infrastructure to join an innovative AI-driven technology company.

Location: Remote (US-Based)
Compensation: USD 160,000-200,000 per annum (Including Bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable GCP infrastructure.Manage Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and Terraform-based infrastructure.Enhance CI/CD pipelines for safe and efficient software delivery.Build and improve observability using metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.Drive reliability initiatives through SLOs, incident management, and automation.Implement infrastructure security best practices, IAM, secrets management, and compliance-ready processes.Collaborate closely with product, backend, and data engineering teams to ensure platform reliability.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform, or DevOps Engineering.Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm, and Terraform.Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.Experience with observability platforms like New Relic or similar.Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.Experience participating in production on-call rotations.Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Dagster, Airflow, or similar orchestration platforms.Exposure to modern data platforms and batch processing infrastructure.Knowledge of SOC 2, FERPA, COPPA, or similar compliance frameworks.Experience working in distributed global engineering teams.
