Software Engineer £55,000 - £60,000 Bristol – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a well-established, independently owned insurance software company based in Bristol. Despite their tenure, the culture is anything but corporate, this is a small, agile and collaborative team where your work has real visibility. As a .NET Developer you will work across two core products: a Schemes Underwriting System and a Policy Administration System. You'll be focused on backend and platform development, working within a small team that values good communication and a pragmatic approach to getting things done. There is a clear pathway for the right person to grow into a leadership role over time. Their current tech stack is: .NET, AWS, Azure DevOps, MySQL and JavaScript. We are looking for: 4-5 years' experience as a .NET DeveloperStrong backend and platform development skillsExperience in a B2B or software house environmentGood communication and stakeholder management skills It would be a bonus if you had: Experience in the insurance or financial services industryExposure to Azure DevOpsAny mentoring or team lead experience The role comes with an array of benefits with some key highlights below: Up to £60,000 depending on experience5% performance bonus5% employer pension contribution25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) Please note this role is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
