The company delivers managed RPA as a service, configurable cloud-based bots, and end-to-end process automation development and maintenance. AarornTech supports organizations of various sizes, including banks, telecom providers, and insurance companies, with technologies such as RPA, ML, AI, blockchain, QA automation, performance engineering, and data management. The team focuses on helping clients modernize operations and improve efficiencies through innovative automation solutions. We are looking for an innovative PHP Laravel Developer who leverages modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to write clean code, debug, and ship features faster. You will lead back-end application architecture while integrating cutting-edge development workflows to maximize code quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Application Architecture: Build scalable, modular, and maintainable web applications using modern PHP and the Laravel framework. AI-Accelerated Workflow: Utilize AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT/Claude) to accelerate code generation, generate test suites, and refactor legacy components efficiently. Database & ORM: Design relational database schemas, write efficient raw queries, and manage model relationships via Eloquent ORM. API & AI Integrations: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate external AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain/Laravel AI packages) into core features where applicable. Testing & Security: Produce robust unit/feature tests (PHPUnit/Pest) while validating AI-generated code against security standards (OWASP) and best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience Core Development: [2–5+] years of professional software development experience specializing in PHP and modern Laravel. AI-Tooling Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in daily development workflows to speed up feature delivery. Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of OOP, MVC patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture. Database & Tooling: Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Composer package management, and Git. Code Verification: Ability to critically review, audit, and refactor AI-assisted code outputs to ensure maintainability and security. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Experience building or consuming LLM-powered applications (vector databases, RAG architectures, prompt engineering). Experience with Laravel ecosystem tools (Livewire, Inertia, Forge, Vapor). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization.
