Product Developer | Sydney | 12-Month Fixed Term | Hybrid Salary: $100k - $110k + super We’re partnering with a well-established Australian fashion and eyewear business on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Developer to join their close-knit Product & Design team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a highly autonomous role with genuine ownership across a portfolio of brands, working closely with brand partners and suppliers from initial concept through to production. You’ll be joining at an exciting time of growth, with exposure to new brands and the opportunity to make a real impact across the product function. While initially a 12-month contract, there is potential for the role to continue as the business grows and new brands are brought into the portfolio. The Role Own the end-to-end product development process from brief through to productionWork directly with brand partners, presenting ideas, trends and samplesCreate 2D CADs and product mock-ups using Adobe IllustratorManage specs, sampling, amendments and critical pathsLiaise closely with factories and suppliersResearch trends and identify new product opportunitiesManage multiple brands, products and timelines autonomously About You 4–5+ years’ Product Development experienceBackground in accessories, jewellery, bags, footwear, apparel or similarStrong end-to-end development and factory experienceConfident with Adobe Illustrator, CADs and spec sheetsHighly organised and commercially mindedConfident working directly with clients and brand partnersStrong communication skills and attention to detail A background in accessories is preferred, with transferable fashion product development experience also considered. Ideally commencing early October 2026.
