Being responsible for coordinating engineering and technical integrity activities across multiple asset disciplines to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of offshore wind farm assets. This includes oversight of technical risk management, asset integrity processes, engineering investigations, reliability improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary technical support. You will also act as the primary focal point for engineering prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and implementation of technical improvements across the operational asset portfolio. What will my tasks be? Within This Position, Your Key Tasks Will Be To Coordinate engineering activities, priorities, and workload across all technical disciplines.Act as the primary engineering interface to Operations, Maintenance, and external stakeholders.Lead multidisciplinary investigations into technical issues, failures, and emerging risks.Drive technical integrity, reliability, and asset health management processes.Coordinate development and implementation of engineering improvements and modifications.Facilitate root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.Support management of technical risks, deviations, and engineering change processes. Prepare engineering reports, recommendations, and presentations for management.Perform Technical Integrity checks and approvals within the handover from construction & commissioning into operations. And for this specific position, we are also looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline.7+ years' experience in offshore wind, power generation, oil and gas, utilities, or similar asset-intensive industries.Proven experience in technical integrity, reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.Strong understanding of risk-based asset management principles.Experience with engineering investigations, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.Familiarity with CMMS systems.Fluency in English language is a requirement.
