Software Engineer – Agent Infrastructure. My client is an a16z-backed, AI-native application security firm already in production with Fortune 500 firms. Their platform maps an enterprise's real exposure, pinpoints what's genuinely dangerous in that specific environment, and drives remediation through to resolution in mere minutes, not days as is the standard Led by a repeat security founder with serious technical pedigree, the team is small, flat, and fast-moving, with demand outpacing engineering capacity. Well invested and with some excellent brains behind the technical vision, they’re now hiring their founding engineering cohort to scale the agents, core to their central product. The infrastructure hires will own the in-house-built harness which orchestrates their agents in production, working on adding: Capability, reliability, scaling across tens of thousands of machines – working fast and cost-efficiently.
