What will your challenges be? Develop a Facility Services plan and budget within given boundaries of the overall budget of the companyCoordinate, monitor and realise Facility Services plan and projects OSBITAssess/check facility requests that were entered into the system and determine appropriate follow-up/actionCoordinate, support and/or execute facility requests and projectsDeliver timely, accurate KPI‑based reporting in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelinesKeep leadership informed of any developments that could impact project progress, quality, or budgetAct as a member of the Emergency response organization based on valid First Aid (EHBO) and Emergency Response Officer (BHV) certificate What do we ask for? Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency desiredMBO level 4 or HBO/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of studyMinimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar scope within a structural engineering environmentA solid background in HVACGood knowledge of MS Office applicationsYou recognise yourself in the following competences: helicopter view, taking responsibility, planning and organizing, anticipating What do we offer?
