We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead the Ground System Architecture, Design, and Development for Space Electronic Warfare systems. • Solve complex challenges by translating real-world needs into technical specifications for customer-focused engineering solutions. • Identify and develop advanced technology solutions for urgent mitigation needs. • Mentor team members and broaden skillsets in areas like continuous software delivery, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity. • Merge innovative engineering methodologies and cross-disciplinary coordination to create modernized, highly available command and control capabilities. What You'll Need • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering supporting major defense acquisition programs (space, ground, software, or hardware). • 8+ years of experience with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies, SDLC, and system integration of complex space and ground systems. • 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions and development. • Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps principles including automated testing, continuous delivery, real-time monitoring, and security. • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field. • Top Secret clearance.
