Job Summary Supports enterprise infrastructure and business-critical services across cloud, platform, network, storage, and virtualization environments. Responsible for monitoring, incident response, automation, operational support, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and secure services. Job Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, storage, networking, and container platforms. Manage incidents, problem investigations, service restoration, and change activities. Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Development, and Operations teams. Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Participate in on-call support and major incident response as needed. Technical Skills: Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher AWS (EC2, EKS, S3) Networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, SNMP, NetFlow NetApp storage, SAN, NAS, NFS, SMB/CIFS, iSCSI LogicMonitor, Zenoss, Splunk, Instana, ServiceNow Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, ArgoCD Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. AWS, Kubernetes, or related certifications are a plus. Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 113,050 - 168,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
