Contract: D ata Centre IT Infrastructure Project Manager Start Date: ASAP (Once background checks are completed) Duration: 12 months Location: Netherlands, remote with occasional European travel) Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience) Reference: 20680 Immediate contract for an experienced IT Infrastructure Data Center Project Manager to lead delivery of critical IT infrastructure projects for a major client in the Netherlands. The role requires coordinating technical teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are on time and within scope. The position is remote with occasional European travel on a 12-month contract. You will oversee planning, risk management, and communications, while building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and delivery ROLE REQUIREMENTS Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholdersUnderstand the high and low level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutionsEnsure that company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner.Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customersCommunicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partnersManage complex installations, Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation pointsManage the communication of project's changes and release notices to customersDocument technical and operational procedures clearly and conciselyBe willing to work irregular hours as required REQUIRED SKILLS 5+ years of experience in project delivery management for large IT Infrastructure DC projectsMinimum 5 years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software productsIn-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customersSupreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation/oral skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervisionExperience leading global projects.PMP Certification Networking People (UK) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
