Job Description Job Title : Lead Infrastructure Engineer Windows/Linux & Cloud Job Type : W2/C2C Experience : 8-15 years Location : Plano, Texas Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, or systems administration.Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise identity services.Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.Experience supporting cloud or hybrid-cloud infrastructure.Strong understanding of enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies.Experience with enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening.Experience with infrastructure monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance management.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.Experience working with ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and configuration-management processes.Microsoft/Linux/VMware Certifications Preferred.Administer and support enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments.Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, organizational units, security groups, and user/computer policies.Support authentication, authorization, access control, and enterprise identity services.Troubleshoot Active Directory replication, authentication, Group Policy, and domain-related issues.Perform VM provisioning, migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Support backup and recovery infrastructure and enterprise backup solutions.Automate repetitive infrastructure administration and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting technologies.Develop scripts for provisioning, monitoring, patching, reporting, and system maintenance.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
