Backend Developer - Node.js

Hi people, Bit Group is hiring! We are open for Backend Developer (NodeJS) position. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using Node.js;Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript;Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify;Good understanding of RESTful API design and Frontend–Backend communication;Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL;Basic understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB or Redis) is a plus;Familiar with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies;Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles;Experience with Git version control;Knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD, and software development best practices;Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Job Description : Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js;Design and implement scalable and secure RESTful APIs;Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and System Analysts throughout the software development lifecycle;Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability;Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs;Participate in code reviews and technical discussions;Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions;Ensure software quality through testing and adherence to coding standards;Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
