Cross Cloud DevOps Engineer

Description Responsibilities will include Support and resolve customer requests across AWS Azure and GCP internal platformsSupport project teams with their application deploymentsTroubleshoot Customer project configurations using tools like Terraform Jenkins etcEnsure compliance with Operational standards Eg IAM Roles and permissions VPC Network configurations Firewall rules Logging and Monitoring sUpdate support and operational documentation as requiredEnsure good Change management practice is implemented as specified by central standardsOn a rotational on call basis provide out of business hours support as part of our 24 x 7 coverage Requirements Expert understanding of DevOps principlesStrong understanding of CICD and available toolsAbility to build strong relationships with Application teams cross functional IT and globallocal IT teamsA track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change Including excellent written and spoken communication skills an ability to communicate with impact ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiencesSkills Mandatory Skills : Automation, AWS DevOps Services, CI/CD Architecture, Scope & Change Management, Stakeholder Management
