Responsibilities:
Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, version control, and maintenance of presentations, facilitator guides, digital resources, and other program materialsEnsure learning materials remain aligned with internal leadership principles, internal policies, and branding standardsSupport program evaluation by administering surveys, collecting participant feedback, and compiling program performance dataPrepare clear data summaries, dashboards, charts, and reports highlighting program outcomes, trends, and key insightsCoordinate internal faculty members and external speakers, including scheduling preparation sessions and distributing facilitator materialsSupport speakers and facilitators with logistical and organizational requirements before and during program deliveryDraft and distribute participant communications including invitations, pre-work, reminders, follow-ups, and post-program materialsMaintain participant lists and other program-related documentationSupport vendor administration including invoice processing, purchase order tracking, vendor onboarding, budget monitoring, and expense reconciliationMaintain project documentation, track action items, update timelines, and monitor deliverables to ensure activities remain on scheduleSupport administration of leadership programs within the Learning Management System (LMS)Create and maintain course information, manage registrations, monitor completion status, and support resolution of user access issues
Requirements:
2–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, Project Coordination, or a related areaHands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and supporting or administering learning programsGood knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic formulas, PivotTables, charts, and data reportingStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional participant and stakeholder communicationsProactive, solution-oriented approach with strong collaboration and customer-service skills in a global, fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with MS Teams, Zoom, and project management or tracking toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferredFluency in English (both written and spoken)
