The role
This is a Senior Platform Engineer role at a leading B2B HRTech SaaS company based in Bangkok, Thailand.
You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of production systems that serve customers across the globe.
In this role, you will monitor and operate production systems for high availability, improve observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting, and automate manual or repetitive operational tasks.
You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to design resilient and scalable systems, enhance developer experience through custom tooling and infrastructure automation, and participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
You will also conduct post-incident reviews, drive continuous improvements, benchmark and optimize system performance and scalability, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strong infrastructure expertise and a developer-experience mindset.
