Early-stage NZ startup, founded 2024, live products, paying customers in NZ and the UK, small senior hybrod team, fast iteration. Three products: Factory Door (self-serve eCommerce and quoting for manufacturers selling custom products online), Factory Floor (ERP and production management, replacing the spreadsheet chaos), and Factory Store (warehouse and inventory management). The role Genuinely full-stack, across both the interfaces and the systems underneath them. Frontend: we build complex, highly configurable interfaces — drag-and-drop workflow editors, visual configuration tools, data-dense dashboards — that need to be usable by a busy operations manager with zero training. Self-service is the whole promise: customers should never have to call us to configure their own system. Backend: the core of Takticians is a flexible workflow engine. Manufacturers define their own production processes, states, custom fields and metrics, and the data model underneath has to be robust, performant and easy to evolve.
