Full Stack Developer About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop and support scalable software solutions across a complex retail technology environment. You will work closely with Product, Platform, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps and external vendors to deliver secure and reliable applications and services. This is a hands on position that also provides technical leadership, mentoring and input into the organisation's technology roadmap. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, integrate, deploy and support complex software applications and servicesTake ownership of medium to high complexity features from design through to production supportDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and event driven solutionsIntegrate applications with POS systems, payment gateways, inventory platforms and ERP systemsDevelop modern user interfaces using Blazor, React or AngularDesign and optimise SQL databases supporting high volume retail transactionsProduce and review functional and technical designs covering security, performance, scalability, availability and supportabilityManage the full lifecycle of COTS applications, including evaluation, implementation, integration, upgrades, patching, customisation and retirementApply secure coding and DevSecOps practices throughout the development lifecycleEnsure solutions meet requirements relating to API protection, encryption, identity management, data security and PCI complianceTechnical Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API and BlazorFront end development experience using React or AngularStrong experience with Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions and Azure API ManagementExperience with Azure SQL and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience developing RESTful and event driven APIsExperience with Postman and API management platforms such as ApigeeExperience delivering ETL and data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory and SQLExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsStrong understanding of OWASP, ISO 27001, IAM, encryption and secure communicationDesirable Experience Experience supporting retail systems, ecommerce platforms or FMCG environmentsExperience integrating POS, payment, inventory or ERP platformsMicrosoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions ArchitectExposure to Android mobile applications, Android MDM and SOTIExposure to Oracle PL/SQL
