WE ARE LOOKING FOR Senior Simulation & Software Engineer We are looking for a Senior Simulation & Software Engineer to develop production-quality simulation software, software integrations, and virtual validation solutions for autonomous and intelligent off-road machines. You will work on challenging customer projects where simulation is used to accelerate software development, system integration, testing, and validation. The role combines hands-on software engineering with simulation technologies and close collaboration with customer development teams. As a consultant, you will help customers solve real engineering problems related to autonomy, machine control, sensor systems, and software quality by building practical simulation-driven development solutions. You will work on technologies that are transforming industries such as mining, construction, agriculture, logistics, and industrial automation. Your solutions will help customers develop autonomous and intelligent machines faster, safer, and with greater confidence. What You Will Do Develop simulation environments and supporting software for autonomous machine developmentImplement integrations between vehicle software, simulators, sensors, middleware, and cloud servicesCreate simulation scenarios and validation setups for software testing and system verificationDevelop tools for automated testing, data collection, result analysis, and regression validationSupport software integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis activitiesAnalyze simulation outputs and collaborate with customer engineering teams to identify issues and improvement opportunitiesParticipate in architecture discussions and technical solution designWork in multidisciplinary teams together with software engineers, architects, data specialists, and domain experts Required Qualifications Strong software development skills using C++, Python, C#, or similar technologies.
