The Role & Landscape: This isn’t your standard enterprise full-stack engineering job where you spend months maintaining legacy systems.
You will sit between business stakeholders and dedicated AI specialists to build functional, interactive Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in a matter of days or weeks.
Lead the end-to-end design and frontend build of AI-powered web and mobile prototypes.Wrap intuitive UIs around complex AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, internal models) so stakeholders can test and refine requirements.Use lightweight backend setups (Node, Python, serverless) to get functional demos out the door.Ensure UI/UX design simplifies the AI interaction, focusing on streaming responses, human-in-the-loop workflows, and clear data visualization.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with a focus on Product Engineering, Innovation, or Frontend Architecture.Heavy technical proficiency in React.js/Next.js (or Vue/Nuxt) and TypeScript.Real, hands-on experience using AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, or Bolt to accelerate your build speed.Strong design sensibilities—you know your way around Figma, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries like shadcn/ui.A portfolio is required: You must be able to show examples of interfaces, prototypes, or products you’ve designed and built.A pragmatic mindset: You know when to build a quick, scrappy prototype for validation and when to hand things over to production engineering.
