What You'll Do Inbound and Outbound Prospecting: Swiftly respond to inbound inquiries, reducing initial response timeGenerate new business leads through outbound opportunities via calls and emails Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective discovery callsUnderstand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our product's value proposition Pipeline Generation: Drive urgency to progress prospects through the sales funnelCollaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and targets Relationship Building and Event Representation: Initiate meetings between prospects and Account ExecutivesDrive engagement and seize new business opportunities from events About You You are based in Austin, and excel in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity.2+ years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally working in the Enterprise segment with a complex productA proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with a solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a big plus, as is proven success running outbound sales strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are second nature to you—you know how to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and team members.
