As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building, automating, securing, and operating cloud infrastructure supporting a Payment Solution. You will work closely with other DevOps Engineers, Developers, and cross-functional Agile teams to ensure reliable software delivery and stable production environments. The role combines AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerization, automation, security, and production operations. This is you Experience with Source Code Management (Git)3+ years of DevOps experience and knowledge of DevOps principlesKnowledge in building, managing, securing CI/CD pipelinesBasic AWS knowledge (advanced is a plus)Knowledge of Infrastructure as CodeScripting (Bash and Python)Ability to cooperate in an agile environmentExperience in product or agile project development in the banking or fintech industryGood knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python preferred)Experience in AI-assisted developmentEnglish - Advanced (C1) This is your role Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CDProvision and manage AWS infrastructure using TerraformDeploy and operate containerized microservices on AWS ECSWork with AWS services including IAM, Cognito, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, MSK/Kafka, ALB, and VPNEnsure the availability, reliability, and security of the Payment SolutionParticipate in on-duty/on-call production support and incident resolutionAutomate operational tasks using Bash and PythonApply DevSecOps and security best practicesDocument infrastructure, processes, and operational proceduresCollaborate with DevOps Engineers and cross-functional Agile teams What awaits you at Avenga?
