We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist to help grow two of the world's leading performance footwear brands, Merrell and Saucony, across Australia and New Zealand. Based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office, you'll own the day-to-day trading of our eCommerce sites, bringing new product launches, campaigns and digital experiences to life while helping more people discover the right gear for every run, hike and adventure. What You'll Be Doing Bring new footwear and apparel collections online, ensuring every product looks its best and tells the right storyExecute seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity across our websitesCreate engaging landing pages and homepage experiences that inspire customers to explore, shop and discoverPartner with our Brand, Marketing and Merchandise teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiencesAnalyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify opportunities for growthContinuously improve the customer journey through merchandising, optimisation, A/B testing and UX enhancementsManage onsite search, navigation and product merchandising to help customers find exactly what they're looking forReport on trading performance and provide insights that support commercial decision-making About You Around 3–5 years' experience in eCommerce, digital trading or online retailExperience working with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Fontis or similar platformsStrong knowledge of website merchandising, CMS management and digital contentExperience using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or similar analytics toolsAn understanding of CRO, A/B testing and customer journey optimisationConfidence collaborating with cross-functional teams and turning ideas into actionStrong reporting skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite Bonus points if you're already part of our community.
