Mid-Senior React Native Developer

Our platform helps tradies quote, schedule, invoice and manage every job from a single app — and our in-field mobile app is a core part of that experience. About the Role We're looking for a Mid-Senior React Native Developer to join our engineering team and help build, maintain and scale the mobile app our customers use every day in the field. You'll work across the full mobile development lifecycle — from architecture and coding through to app store release — alongside backend, product and design. Key Responsibilities Design and build new features in our React Native mobile appMaintain code quality through unit testing and code reviewsManage app store and Play Store release cyclesImprove app performance (loading speed, offline handling, data sync)Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with backend engineersContribute to technical architecture and best practicesSupport and mentor other developers on the team About You 3+ years' experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on React Native experienceStrong TypeScript/JavaScript skillsExperience with Redux Toolkit, React Query or similar state management toolsUnderstanding of clean architecture and SOLID principlesExperience writing automated tests (Jest, Detox, or similar)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release tooling (e.g. Fastlane) advantageousExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
