About the Role
We're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build the systems our operations run on.
You will own large technical initiatives across GTM underwriting, finance, and internal tooling.
You'll work directly with leadership, and operations teams to build software that eliminates manual work and enables the company to scale.
This role is for someone who wants significant ownership, enjoys solving complex problems, and can independently drive projects from concept to production.
What You'll Do
Ship to production in your first week.Build internal tools that remove hours of manual work from real people's daysOwn features end to end: schema, API, interface, deployment.Build and maintain integrations with insurer systems, rating engines, document generation, and third-party data feeds.Use AI to move faster than a team our size should be able to.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of software engineering work experience.Experienced in TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js,, FastAPI, Django, Flask, AWS, PostgreSQL and beyond.Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quicklyVery fluent with AI development toolingExperience in fintech, insurance and workflow automation is helpful but not required.
