Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to define and evolve enterprise-grade DevOps capabilities on Azure. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, security and observability. You should have 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud architecture and IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, plus 3+ years with cloud migration and CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, Azure, Linux, Windows, Terraform, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes is required 🚀 Project design, standardization, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines for application and platform workloads in Azure definition of source control, branching, release, and environment management strategies across teams and products development and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code and automation patterns for Azure environments and shared services integration of security, compliance, quality gates, and automated testing into delivery pipelines and deployment workflows establishment of monitoring, deployment telemetry, and feedback loops to improve delivery performance and platform reliability creation of reusable DevOps patterns and guidance for multiple delivery teams mentoring engineers, reviewing designs, and acting as a senior technical authority for DevOps practices and platform decisions migration from on-premise solutions to Cloud with cost optimizations design and architecture of multi-layered Cloud only / Hybrid networks for Microsoft Azure Cloud design and delivery of systems based on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS building CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures connectivity design for third-party applications, cloud integrations, and IP networking technical guidance as a customer PoC and support during transition hands-on troubleshooting of platform, connectivity, and deployment issues support for increasing application resiliency through Kubernetes and OpenStack 🎯 Skills Master´s degree in Information technologies English – Upper intermediate (C1) Agile Methodology, Scrum and SAFe good communication skills, analytical thinking, team cooperation and presentation skills 3+ years of experience with migration from on-premise solutions to Cloud with cost optimizations 5+ years of experience designing and architecting multi-layered Cloud only / Hybrid networks for Microsoft Azure Cloud 5+ years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS 3–5 years of experience building CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures 3–5 years of experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar 3–5 years of experience with Oracle migration, Networking, ExpressRoute/VPN and integration with SAP systems experience in designing and implementing connectivity for third-party applications, cloud integrations, and IP networking proven ability to act as a customer PoC hands-on troubleshooting of platform, connectivity, and deployment issues DevSecOps – Expert ELK/Prometheus – Expert Linux Operating System – Expert Windows Operating System – Expert Azure – Expert Ansible / Terraform / Puppet – Expert Maven / Gradle – Expert Jenkins / Gitlab – Advanced Docker / Kubernetes – Expert 💡 Nice to have German language experience with Active Directory, Azure Identity Management and Azure AD Premium Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert or comparable cloud/automation credentials
