You will support a growing Data Management organization and contribute to projects spanning analytics, data products, security, and innovation.

In this role, you will…
Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that supports data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics workloads.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of the data platform across development, testing, and production environments.
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and support incident response and root cause analysis.
Architect and implement secure, enterprise-grade AWS environments following best practices.
Manage IAM roles, policies, network security, and encryption standards.
Partner with Security and Compliance teams to support data governance, access control, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform.
Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning and data platform deployments.
Standardize environments to promote repeatability and consistency across Data Management teams.
Work closely with Data Engineers to operationalize data pipelines and workflows.
Provide guidance on platform usage, best practices, and operational readiness.
Participate in design discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and architectural reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with…
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, DataOps, DevOps, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience architecting and operating AWS-based data or analytics platforms.
Strong knowledge of AWS services commonly used in data ecosystems, including networking, compute, storage, and security.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform experience preferred.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure and data solutions; Bitbucket experience preferred.
Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and enterprise integration patterns.
Working knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance concepts in cloud environments.
A demonstrated history of continuous learning and keeping current with cloud technologies.
The ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously while contributing both strategically and tactically.
A self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to take ownership of systems end-to-end.
Bonus: Experience supporting large-scale data engineering or analytics teams.
Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics workloads on AWS.
Prior experience mentoring or leading DataOps or platform engineers.
Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices in AWS.

MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
The annual gross base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000.
This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
