Application Engineer II

We are seeking a Level II Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team, supporting a portfolio of critical business systems. This team is responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, identity and access platforms, IT service management tools, and enterprise integrations. This role will play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications, with strong exposure to API integrations and emerging mobile applications. Successful candidates excel at and enjoy: Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving production issuesSupport and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environmentAnalyze issues across applications, integrations, and data flows Your previous experience includes: 2–5+ years of Application Support / Systems Analyst experienceHands-on experience supporting enterprise applicationsExposure to API integrations and troubleshooting Salary: $80k - $95k This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV.
