Mobile Developer (iOS/Swift)

WebCreek is looking for a Mobile Developer with iOS and Swift experience for an on-site role in Houston, TX. This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level developer who is looking to continue growing their mobile development skills while contributing to the development and support of reliable, user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing applications for iOS using Swift, understands modern mobile development practices, and is comfortable working with APIs, debugging applications, and collaborating with technical and business teams. We are looking for someone with solid development fundamentals, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative development environment. What You'll Do: Develop, maintain, test, and improve mobile applications for iOS using Swift.Build user interfaces and application features based on business and technical requirements.Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.Work with data received from APIs and manage application state and data within mobile applications.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and development best practices.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Assist with application performance, reliability, usability, and maintainability improvements.Support existing mobile applications by investigating defects and implementing enhancements.Continue developing technical skills and learning new mobile technologies, frameworks, and development practices. What You Bring: 2+ years of professional software or mobile application development experience.Hands-on experience developing native iOS applications.Experience programming with Swift.Understanding of iOS application development concepts and the Apple mobile ecosystem.Experience working with Xcode and common iOS development tools.Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs or backend services.Understanding of object-oriented programming and general software development principles.Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Understanding of mobile user interface design, application navigation, and responsive layouts.Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into working application features.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively with guidance from more senior team members.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
