Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Administrator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and maintaining system availability. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, user administration, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities •Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers and workstations. •Monitor system performance, availability, and security. •Manage user accounts, permissions, and accesscontrol using Active Directory or similar directory services. •Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. •Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues. •Perform regular system updates, patch management, and antivirus maintenance. •Monitor backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures. •Configure and maintain basic network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VPNs, and Wi-Fi. •Assist in managing cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS. •Maintain IT asset inventory and systemdocumentation. •Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and technicalsupport. •Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. •Support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
