Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale cloud platform and DevSecOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in DevOps architecture and cloud platform engineering, with deep hands-on expertise across Azure, Kubernetes, GitOps, policy-as-code, software supply chain security, and cloud resilience. This position requires proven experience working in large-scale enterprise environments supporting hundreds of engineering teams and complex Azure subscription landscapes. Candidates must have hands-on experience with all seven mandatory niche technologies listed below. Mandatory Skills Azure Deployment Stacks — Enterprise-scale infrastructure lifecycle governance across hundreds of Azure subscriptions, including resource management, scoping, and deny assignment enforcement.Open Policy Agent (OPA) / Policy-as-Code — Design and enforcement of security and compliance policies integrated into CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale.Sigstore — Production-level implementation of artifact signing, verification, and software supply chain integrity across distributed engineering environments.Azure Chaos Studio — Resilience engineering through controlled fault injection and distributed-system failure experimentation across microservices and cloud-native workloads.Azure Confidential Computing — Architecture and deployment of secure enclave workloads for high-security and regulated enterprise environments.SBOM Automation Pipelines — Automated Software Bill of Materials generation, dependency visibility, and vulnerability tracking integrated into CI/CD workflows.FluxCD GitOps Platform Engineering — Enterprise-grade GitOps-driven infrastructure delivery and cluster management for large-scale AKS environments.Required Experience 10+ years of experience in DevOps architecture and cloud platform engineering.Proven enterprise-scale delivery experience within Fortune-level organizations across finance, healthcare, retail, technology, or similar industries.Hands-on experience with all seven mandatory niche skills listed above.Experience supporting 500+ engineering teams or equivalent large-scale platform environments.Strong background in regulated industries with an understanding of compliance, audit, security, and governance requirements.Strong experience with Azure DevOps and enterprise CI/CD platform architecture.Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Enterprise-scale Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or Bicep.Strong DevSecOps architecture experience with security-first pipeline design and governance.Experience designing and implementing secure artifact signing pipelines and modern software supply chain security frameworks.
