Job Type: 12+ Months contract Job Descriptions: Glassbox Systems Engineer - this role is not an analytics role, nor focused on onboarding new applications to GlassboxHands-on shell scripting and Linux system administration experienceHands-on Java application hosting on Linux experienceExpertise in scripting languages such as Shell Script, BladeLogic NSH, Python, PerlThorough understanding of server certificate implementation / TLS and how to troubleshoot connectivity issuesStrong debugging and analytical skillsStrong network troubleshooting skills using various tools (Ping, nslookup, traceroute, curl)Good communication skills with ability to coordinate work between system admins, network engineers, end users and others to deliver solutions togetherCreative individuals with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutionsSelf-starter with the ability to deliver complex solutions with minimal oversight and supervision·Working knowledge of regular expressionsExperience with deployment tools such as BladeLogic, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef and/or AutoSysExperience working in a secure, multi-data center environment (including basic understanding of how firewall rules work)Experience with Glassbox especially, but other monitoring tools such as Tealeaf, Splunk, SiteScope, etc.
