Fullstack Mobile Developer ( Kotlin) location: Warszawa, Białystok, Wrocław, Łódź, Rzeszów, Poznań, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin Your Responsibilities About the company / project You will join a team developing modern digital financial products used by a large number of customers.You will work on mobile applications, shared business logic, backend services, and production systems.The organization is moving toward smaller teams with greater product ownership, wider code sharing across platforms, and practical use of AI tools in the development process.We do not expect knowledge of all technologies from day one. Important are technological curiosity, a practical approach, and the ability to learn quickly. Scope of responsibilities Creating and developing features of mobile applications used by real users.Developing shared business logic for mobile platforms, mainly using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).Creating backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.Working with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments.Optimizing performance, reliability, security, and user experience.Using AI tools to support development, testing, documentation, and problem analysis.Close collaboration with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.Co-creating engineering best practices and mentoring other developers.Responsibility for delivering functionality from design through to production deployment. We Expect You Have Very good experience in creating mobile applications.Good knowledge of iOS and Android application architecture and their key components.Very good knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile architecture patterns.Experience in creating production applications with emphasis on quality, performance and maintainability.Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.Knowledge of APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.Experience with CI/CD, automated tests and production environments.Ability to independently take features from design to production.Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams. Cross-platform experience The strategic direction of development is Kotlin Multiplatform, enabling sharing of business logic while maintaining native quality of mobile applications.Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform will be a strong asset.Candidates with strong experience in other cross-platform technologies are also welcome.
