Members engage in design, development, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure applications. The team emphasizes continuous development, iterative delivery, and technical excellence, leveraging skills in API design, platform development, and generative artificial intelligence. What you'll do: Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs for small to medium projects. Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues, performing root cause analysis and developing effective solutions. Translate project requirements into technical solutions, conduct coding, unit testing, and ensure timely delivery. Support users by addressing technical questions and guiding implementation strategies. Lead and mentor small engineering groups, providing documentation, direction, and timelines. Develop automation scripts for CI/CD processes and implement telemetry features. Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and evaluate change requests for feasibility. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and software design principles. Strong technical acumen with experience in API design, platform development, and component services. Demonstrated ability to deliver iterative and incremental development in agile environments. Proficiency in debugging, dev testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices. Experience creating documentation-based code and implementing telemetry features. Ability to analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable technical solutions. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes. Knowledge of emerging technologies including generative artificial intelligence and automation scripting.
