Full-Stack Founding Engineer

Company Description ReClym is an early-stage startup building clinical intelligence for behavioral health practices. We’re building tools that enable therapists to confidently accept insurance, streamline compliance, and ultimately increase access to affordable mental healthcare. We've built the core product and are looking for a senior engineer to oversee the next stage of the project. The Role: We’re seeking a full-stack engineer to join our founding team as one of our earliest members. You’ll work directly with the founding team and a well-known healthcare advisor to shape the product infrastructure and culture. This is a true founding-level role with high ownership, high autonomy, and high impact. Compensation: Equity, plus bridge salary.
