ABOUT THE ROLE Our company is building an AI-powered voice automation platform that helps businesses improve customer experiences and manage millions of conversations. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing the systems and interfaces behind this technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build core platform features, including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.Develop scalable full-stack systems spanning polished user interfaces, reliable APIs, and deployment workflows.Own projects from technical design through production launch and ongoing improvement.Create intuitive products and developer-friendly APIs that enable efficient customer onboarding.Partner with customers to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and incorporate feedback into product enhancements.Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and company leadership.
