Job Title: Senior AI Architect & Lead Prompt Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA Work Model: Onsite Role Overview We are looking for a Senior AI Architect & Lead Prompt Engineer to design and deliver production-grade GenAI, LLM, and agentic solutions for a large-scale telecom environment. Key Responsibilities Architect and deploy LLM and multi-agent solutions on GCP.Build advanced prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.Develop intelligent workflows using Gemini, Vertex AI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and Dialogflow.Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Netcracker, and SAP.Design scalable cloud-native solutions using GKE, Docker, Terraform, Cloud SQL, and PostgreSQL.Lead AI engineering initiatives and mentor technical teams.Required Skills 10+ years in AI/ML, NLP, software engineering, or related fields.Strong hands-on experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, Python, and GCP.Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM architecture.Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex and enterprise integrations.Strong understanding of ServiceNow and Salesforce.Telecom or large-enterprise experience preferred.Core Technologies Gemini | Vertex AI | LangChain | LlamaIndex | RAG | Python | GCP | GKE | Terraform | Docker | Salesforce | ServiceNow Core Skills: Generative AI • Agentic AI • AI Engineering • Prompt Engineering • LLM Architecture • RAG • Machine Learning
