Role Senior Embedded Software Architect (m/f/d) Intro We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Architect to help shape the software foundation for embedded wireless audio platforms. In this role, you will design and implementing large complex systems, platforms and modules that serve as reusable building blocks across multiple products and product families. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of development engineers from electronics, Audio DSP, RF and transmission systems. Your work ensures that complex system requirements—such as performance, reliability, and integration readiness—are solved once at the platform and module level, enabling efficient and scalable product development. Responsibilities Design architectures of complex embedded software systems across multiple product families.Driving main software technical decisions on platforms and systems.Bringing innovation into designing software architectures, anticipating future growth and addressing technical debt proactively.Design of inter modules interfaces including API, communication, etc.Implementation supervision of the embedded software development team.Driving collaboration between teams of architects, engineers, and product managers, ensuring that all components of the architecture work in harmony.Agile Team Leader for Software DevelopersProvides leadership and mentorship to software engineers and architects, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Requirements 5+ years of experience in embedded software development for real time operating systems.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, or a similar/related technical field .Strong experience in architectural design of complex systems, ensuring modularity, security, and ability for migration between different hardware platforms.Ability to design with modular thinking: reusability, robustness, and integration simplicity.Practical knowledge of FreeRTOS or Zephyr operating systems.Expertise in development tools and systems, e.g. GitHub, Azure DevOps .Experience with software stacks development and maintenance.Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and driving alignment across disciplines.Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate engineering intent clearly.Experience in firmware development for low power, battery powered devices.Solid knowledge of ARM Cortex M-profile processors architectures.Proficiency in English for international cross-team collaboration.Additional qualifications or training in embedded software design and development is a plus.Additional knowledge of some or multiple wireless software stack's is a plus.
