Job description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our Vlocity Order Management (OM) team, to lead design, development, and optimization of scalable, enterprise-level solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Vlocity (Industries CPQ / Communications Cloud), and Order Management to build robust product catalogs and seamless integrations with external backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions across Vlocity CPQ, Vlocity Order Management (OM)-Write high-performance Apex, Triggers, and Batch classes following best practices, multi-tenant guardrails and security standards-design and implement secure REST APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, billing engines, and enterprise data platforms-utilize GitHub and Harness.io to ensure smooth code deployment, code quality, and release management-Partner with technical leads, technical program managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on timeParticipate in critical technical escalations and bugs and resolve within SLARequired Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications- years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud8 years of hands-on experience with Apex and REST API development- Build real-time integration points connecting Vlocity Order Management with external ERP, billing (e.g., Zuora), and network provisioning platformsGood understanding of the Communications Cloud data model and telecom-specific business processesPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)- 2years of direct experience building solutions with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries, including OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, LWC, CPQ and OM- Sesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), Integration Architecture Designer, System Architect, or Vlocity / OmniStudio Certifications- Eerience with DevOps tools like GitHub and Harness.io, alongside familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
