Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and cloud-native services that support critical business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both front-end and back-end development using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This role requires a collaborative engineer who can contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Create high-level and detailed technical designs that support business and customer requirements.
Evaluate solution requirements and determine appropriate architecture, technology stack, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
Front-End Development
Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern UI frameworks.
Build intuitive user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Back-End Development
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop secure, scalable server-side applications and services.
Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous messaging solutions using Google Cloud Pub/Sub.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Utilize services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage.
Leverage Redis for caching, session management, and application performance optimization.
Quality Engineering & DevOps
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery initiatives.
Apply test-driven development, automated testing, and software quality practices.
Security & Performance
Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
Support secure coding practices, including data protection, encryption, and privacy controls.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the technology stack.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work effectively within Agile development teams.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and solution capabilities.
Demonstrate a passion for learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience developing applications with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience building front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GitHub and modern source control practices.
Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Experience with Redis caching technologies.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Pub/Sub or other messaging/event-driven platforms.
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
Experience with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube.
Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira
