As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role involves writing clean, efficient code, driving the full software development lifecycle, and integrating AI/ML components to enhance product capabilities.
You will provide technical guidance to small engineering groups, translate complex requirements into actionable designs, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

About the team:
The team collaborates with Global Governance units to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs.
They develop fault-tolerant microservices using Java Spring Boot and Python, utilizing containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
Team members uphold software quality through thorough code reviews and testing while addressing technical challenges efficiently.
Focused on iterative delivery and technical excellence, the team promotes innovation and collaboration to meet business and platform goals.
Their commitment to reliability, performance, and best engineering practices ensures robust solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
Execute feature and model delivery by collaborating with engineering teams to implement, test, and support services, APIs, and user interfaces.
Participate in project discovery to develop high-level designs with product, UX, and business partners.
Write clean, efficient code and manage the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance development efficiency.
Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical designs and provide guidance to small engineering groups.
Monitor application performance, ensure quality deliverables, and drive projects to completion.
Collaborate across teams to communicate complex ideas and promote continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Proficiency in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Experience driving full software development lifecycle processes, including CI/CD, automated testing, and system monitoring.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrated capability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance development efficiency.
Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable software products.
Experience providing technical guidance and leadership to small engineering teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
