Seniority: Senior Salary: Up to £120,000 P/A Industry: Fintech Role: Our globally renowned Fintech client — a scale-up building some of the sharpest trading technology in the systematic space — are on the hunt for a Senior Software Engineer to join their elite engineering team and help power the platforms that sit at the heart of front-to-back office trading technology suite. This isn't maintenance work on legacy systems. You'll be building and evolving a range of trading platforms end-to-end — from the systems that touch the market to the infrastructure that keeps the business running behind the scenes. You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the industry, with a genuine seat at the table when it comes to technical direction and architecture decisions. If you thrive on solving hard problems at pace, want your code running in production systems that actually move money, and want to be surrounded by engineers who push you to level up — this is that role. This is a London based role with hybrid flexibility. Requirements: Strong commercial experience as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally within capital markets, investment banking, or another trading/financial environmentStrong experience working with JavaSpring Boot experience is essentialExperience working with low latency JVM concepts is a plus!
