POSITION OVERVIEW
The QA Automation Engineer – CIAM, Authentication & Security Testing will be responsible for ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of customer identity and authentication platforms.
The role focuses on Java/Selenium automation, API testing, CIAM, MFA, OTP, OAuth 2.0, session management, mobile authentication, and biometric workflows.
The engineer will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, automate functional and regression scenarios, validate authentication integrations, and collaborate closely with development, business, product, and security teams to support the modernization of customer login and identity solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute QA strategies for CIAM, authentication, authorization, MFA, OTP, and biometric workflows.Develop and maintain Java/Selenium automation frameworks for web and authentication applications.Perform REST API testing using Postman/Swagger and validate authentication APIs, responses, and error handling.Test mobile authentication journeys, including biometrics, MFA, OTP, and login workflows.Validate OAuth 2.0, refresh tokens, sessions, risk-based authentication, and identity-verification scenarios.BENEFITS
