Python Engineer (AI)
Onsite β Charlotte, NC (4 days per week, located next to Bank of America Stadium)
Our client, a healthcare-technology company operating a commerce and financing platform that connects medical-device manufacturers with providers, is looking for a skilled Python Engineer with an AI background to join their growing engineering team.
In this role, you'll build and deploy the intelligent systems and services that power a fast-scaling platform at the intersection of healthcare, commerce, and technology.

What You Will Be Doing
40% β Python Development: Design, build, and maintain production-grade Python services and APIs that power the platform's commerce and financing capabilities.
30% β AI/ML Engineering: Develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent features; move solutions from prototype to production.
15% β Collaboration & Integration: Partner with product, data, and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.
15% β Quality & Reliability: Write testable, maintainable code and support the performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed services.

Requirements
Strong professional experience building production Python applications Hands-on AI/ML background (model development, integration, or deployment) Experience designing and consuming APIs and building scalable services Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals β testing, version control, code quality Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, four days per week
Nice to Have
