DevOps Specialist - Kubernetes

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with strong Kubernetes expertise to manage, support, and optimize containerized applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying, scaling, maintaining, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters across both on-premises and public cloud environments, along with a strong understanding of cloud and bare-metal infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, an automation-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced technical environment. Responsibilities Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and cloud environmentsMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and availability of Kubernetes clusters and containerized applicationsImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated application deployment and infrastructure changesDiagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, Docker, networking, storage, and container orchestrationCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design scalable, reliable, and highly available solutionsImplement and maintain security best practices within Kubernetes environmentsAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools such as Terraform and AnsiblePerform regular system audits, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and performance tuningDevelop and maintain technical documentation for Kubernetes environments, configurations, procedures, and operational processesEvaluate new Kubernetes capabilities, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the environmentSupport both cloud-based and bare-metal infrastructure supporting containerized workloads Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceProven hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestrationStrong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologiesMinimum three years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes within both cloud and on-premises environmentsStrong understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and Linux-based systemsProficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languagesExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar technologiesExperience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and AnsibleStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent technical communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment Nice-to-Have Certifications CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert ,
