Job ID: 14098 Alternate Locations: AI Developer Location: Poznan Reporting to: Manager, AI Development Contract: Permanent Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As an AI Developer, you will help turn innovative ideas into AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver meaningful impact. Working alongside product, data and technology teams, you will develop, test and deploy AI applications using modern technologies and cloud platforms. You will contribute to the design of scalable solutions and continue to grow your expertise in this fast-evolving field. We will support your development through regular feedback and access to online learning resources. Your Key Responsibilities Develop AI solutions using Python and Azure platforms.Implement AI/ML (artificial intelligence/machine learning) models following established development patterns and standardsParticipate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussionsDeploy and support AI solutions in production environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and improve solutionsContribute to shared AI assets, reusable patterns and clear technical documentation.Continuously improve technical skills and AI engineering practices What You’ll Need Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.3+ years of experience in a technical role or 1-2 years’ experience with an advanced degree (MBA level or Master's degree in a technical field)Hands-on experience developing with Python.Working knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based development.Understanding of software engineering best practices and AI/ML development workflows.Fluent English (written & spoken) Your Advantage Experience with model training, evaluation or deployment.Familiarity with APIs (application programming interfaces), data pipelines or microservices.Exposure to ML Ops (machine learning operations) concepts or tools.Interest in emerging AI techniques, including generative and agentic AI.
