Position Summary
The Systems Engineer position will work within a software engineering team to develop and maintain new software applications.
These systems include supplier tracking, manufacturing data collection and reporting solutions, and an integrated suite of people management software.
The role will include supporting legacy systems and migrating / consolidating them into a unified internal .NET website, which is integrated with ERP, HRIS, and other systems.

Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
Develop new Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) applications and functions in ASP.Net.Support existing features with a heavy emphasis on refactoring for reliability and maintenance reductions.Support legacy systems, including FileMaker applications.Design and implement technical solutions and optimizations.Communicate with external stakeholders as needed during design, development and support.Communicate closely with teammates and management to prevent and quickly resolve blockers, and to ensure alignment.Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience:
